A well appointed 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome nestled in Moab's Rim Vista resort community. This townhome serves as a perfect base for all of your Moab outdoor adventures. After a day of adventures you can enjoy the community pool, hot tub, washer/dryer and the breathtaking mountain views from your private patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dishware, cookware and small appliances. The townhome is furnished with a king size bed in one bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
