We had a great time here! by Vickie 07/14/2019
We had a great stay! The home was very comfortable and nice. The house is on a quiet street and it's a short walk to the grocery store and Monticello community pool. The owners left clear instructions and great suggestions for a wide range of activities throughout the area.
Our stay was very comfortable by Joan 05/05/2019
Our stay was very comfortable. We cooked in for 4 days and enjoyed the home. The guest book had a wealth of knowledge concerning all the surrounding attractions. Be sure to take advantage of that information!
Pleasant and calm in the snow by Vickki 12/14/2018
It was laid out well for the number of people. Over all a good experience!
We enjoyed our stay!! by David 08/30/2018
Our party of four enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was fantastic for us. We used it as a base for Arches, Canyonlands, and Mesa Verde. And, there is much more to do in the area.

The guest book is one of the best we've seen. It provided good information that we used quite a bit, including to some off-the-beaten path attractions.

The location of the house is on a quiet street. Even with the windows open at night, we had to listen closely to hear highway traffic. Almost no traffic came down this street. The buck deer eating apples from the tree across the street was a nice addition.

I would consider this house to be a work-in-progress. It is advertised to sleep 8, but actually has ten beds. Four of those bed are bunks, so the two top bunks would have to be occupied by children. The décor is not quite there yet...the walls were a bit bare, but the local scenery theme is headed in a great direction. The house was clean and neat and appears to have been recently remodeled.

Though the house will sleep 8-10, the living room will only seat five. And, if you cook full meals while on vacation, the kitchen is not equipped to do so. The pots and pans were in poor condition, were too small, and there were not enough of them. Feedback has been provided to the management/owners, so look for their response. Given their prompt response to a shortage of dish towels, I expect that they will address these issues, too.

Again, we enjoyed our stay.

Loved this place by Sarah Payne 06/20/2017
Loved this place, even for a small family. The house had plenty of space and good amenities. Hillary and Josh were easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay. Would be perfect for larger families as well. (Mountainview 4BR Home).
We will be back! by Bob and Bobbi Couch 06/19/2017
Our multi generation family loved the spaciousness of this well equipped Mountainview home. The layout of the rooms was exceptional, and the peacefulness of the neighborhood was beautiful. We even played catch out on the street with no traffic!. Our family had so much fun that we never turned on the tv. We have more exploring to do in Utah, so we will be back!
Great Place by T. M. 02/19/2016
We recently stayed in this home. It is clean and comfortable. Having the living room and tv room separate is great for those that want to watch tv and those that want to visit or just relax. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay.
A Great Find!! by Jason Lealus 02/08/2016
My wife and I are frequent vacation rental renters and we are careful to only stay at the best places available within our budget. This was no exception! A great find at a great price, considering you get an entire 4 bedroom house to your self. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything one could need to prepare meals, and the washer & dryer was great to have, as we stayed long enough to need it. The only hesitation we had was that it appeared a little outdated from the pictures, but once we stepped inside we were very happy with our choice!
Amazing by John R. 02/02/2016
Great rental, quiet town. This locations meet our needs! Centrally located with the parks we wanted to see. Great space. Very clean. I would recommend this to any of my family of friends.
Relaxing, Enjoyable! by Amber H. 12/16/2015
I stayed at the Mountainview home with my two kids for a weekend and it was wonderful. I had a plush king bed all to my self while the kids slept in the room next to mine! The location of the home was great, being so close to many interesting places and Canyonlands national park. Hope I can make it back to Utah again soon!
